"My phone just wouldn’t work with it"
I was frustrated after signing up only to realize the device support is way more limited than I expected. My phone isn’t even that old, so I figured it would be fine, but the app kept glitching and never really worked the way it should. It’s not like I’m using some ancient phone from... anyway, I just wish they’d made the compatibility stuff clearer upfront. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it ended up being a hassle.

"Refund policy felt frustrating"
I probably should’ve read the refund rules before buying, so that part is on me. But the policy felt really strict. When I reached out to support, they basically just pointed me back to the terms and didn’t leave much room for anything else. The product itself was fine, but the whole refund experience, not sure how to explain it, just left a bad taste for me
"Adhesive started peeling way too soon"
I wanted this to work, but the adhesive just didn’t hold up. It started peeling much sooner than I expected, and even after I pressed it back down, it kept lifting again. The product description makes it sound a lot more reliable than it actually was for me, which is exactly why I don’t put much trust in all that polished company wording. For the price, it ended up feeling useless and frustrating

"Couldn’t get it to pair"
I tried setting it up about four times, but it just wouldn’t pair with my phone. The app kept spinning and never really moved forward, which was frustrating for a first try. I ended up giving up after about an hour. Maybe it was just something with my phone or Wi‑Fi, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth setup I was hoping for.

"Of course my package arrived looking like..."
Of course my package arrived looking like it had been through a fight. The box was all crushed, and everything inside felt like it had just been tossed in with no real protection. Frustrating when you’re the one stuck dealing with it
"Sensor life was a letdown"
I really wanted to have a good experience with stelo, and to be fair, the setup process was straightforward. But the sensor just didn’t last nearly as long as I expected, which was disappointing. When it stops working that early, it makes it hard to feel confident in the readings or feel like the cost is justified. Overall, the concept is great, but unless the sensor reliability improves, I’m not sure I’d purchase it again.

I tried to give this app a fair shot, but it’s a clunky little mess. Everything feels slow, finding basic stuff takes way too many taps, and it kept freezing like some useless potato. After a few tries, I just gave up. Definitely not worth the hassle.

"Subscription was a pain to deal with"
The product was fine, but managing the subscription on Stelo got annoying. I just wanted to skip a month and had to click around way too much to find it.
I also got charged earlier than I thought I would. Maybe that’s on me, but it wasn’t very clear. Support replied eventually. Overall, not terrible, just needs to be easier

The sensor was off often for me, so I couldn’t really count on it. It made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be, and felt like an avoidable issue

"Feels a little too easy to buy without a doctor involved"
I’m not crazy about the fact that Stelo is sold without a prescription because for something this tied to your health I feel like there should be at least some doctor input or guidance first, and yeah the ordering process was really simple, but that’s kind of what bothered me because it felt almost too easy and I expected a little more support before just using something like this.

"Shipping took way too long"
I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the shipping was frustrating. My order took much longer than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it myself because I had no idea when it was actually going to show up. Maybe other people had better luck, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d order again.

"Billing was kind of confusing"
I signed up sometime around late March, or maybe it was early April, and the pricing just wasn’t very clear to me. I ended up spending more time than I wanted trying to figure out what the charges were for. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but I definitely wish the billing details had been easier to understand.

I tried to use my insurance or FSA, but uh, the checkout process really didn’t make it clear how to do that. I ended up not being able to use either, which was frustrating

"Wanted to like it, but the readings were off"
I wanted this to work because it’s easy to use and I liked the idea of it. But at the same time, the readings were off almost every day, which kind of defeats the purpose. Some days it seemed close enough, then the next day it would be way off again. So I liked the setup, but I really couldn’t trust the results

I gave it a try expecting a bit more for what it costs, but it just didn’t really match up for me. It’s not terrible or anything, but I kept thinking there should be more value there at this price point. In the end, I couldn’t really justify keeping it.

"warm-up takes WAY too long"
I was excited to try Stelo, but the warm-up time got annoying fast. I found myself just sitting there waiting, and it felt like it took way longer than it should for something I’d want to check often.
By the time it was finally ready, I was already irritated. Maybe it works fine once it gets going, but for me it’s just not worth the hassle, especially when I need quick info and don’t feel like waiting around.

"Okay setup, but the experience felt a bit off"
Setup wasn’t too bad, so at first I thought it was going to be smooth. But then the readings kept lagging, and a few times they didn’t really line up with how I actually felt, which kind of made me second-guess the whole thing. Also, the app randomly lost sync twice, not constantly, but enough to be annoying. Support did reply, so I’ll give them that, but the answers weren’t especially helpful. For the price, I just expected it to feel more reliable.

I tried setting up my own alerts, but the options are limited. It’s like they didn’t really think through how people actually use this. I can’t adjust much, so I keep getting notifications I don’t even care about. Kind of annoying.

"The site worked fine overall, but..."
The site worked fine overall, but I wasn’t totally comfortable with the privacy stuff. Maybe it’s just me being overly cautious, and I’ll admit I probably didn’t have the patience to click through every little section, but the settings and data info didn’t feel very clear. I had to dig around more than I expected just to understand what gets stored or shared. It might all be okay, but I’d feel better if the answers were written in plain language. For now, I’m using it sparingly.
